His edge wasn't just his crew — it was the vitality on board. His head chef created a secret sauce using fresh vegetables and exotic spices to keep the steak patties juicy and the crew healthy. Captain John's unrivaled 'WetBurger' sailed the world's oceans for over a century, finally dropping anchor in the City of Angels — Los Angeles — in 2016.

The Real Journey (2016 - 2025)
The modern chapter began in 2016 on the streets of Los Angeles. What started as a humble food truck became a beloved neighborhood restaurant — and WetBurger rocked LA with its authentic Istanbul-style wet burgers. Despite the run of success, we paused in 2018 for family reasons.
In 2025, the legend comes home. From a historic mansion on the Bosphorus in Bebek-Arnavutköy, we're redefining the concept. The name pays homage to the street-food classic 'WetBurger', but the kitchen serves high-end gourmet burgers built from the finest ingredients. Street soul meets gourmet sophistication — at the table the city wants to be at.
