Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

SELLER: WetBurger Gıda A.Ş. ADDRESS: Istanbul, Türkiye BUYER: the user placing an order via the WetBurger mobile app or website.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in respect of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği).

3. Products and Orders

The type, quantity, price, and payment method of the ordered products are those displayed at the moment the order is confirmed. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order based on stock availability.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the Buyer or to the chosen branch. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure events.

5. Jurisdiction

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) have jurisdiction up to the threshold announced by the Ministry of Trade; above that threshold, the Consumer Courts of Istanbul (İstanbul Tüketici Mahkemeleri) have jurisdiction.
