Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by the Customer through "My Account > Orders" or by contacting our customer service line, before the restaurant has begun preparation (i.e. before the order is sent to the kitchen). Orders already in preparation cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Restriction on Food Products

IMPORTANT: Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, "goods that are perishable or whose expiry date may pass" (hot/cold meals, beverages) are excluded from the statutory Right of Withdrawal (Cayma Hakkı).

Accordingly, due to hygiene and food-safety rules, returns of delivered food items are not accepted, except where the item is faulty/missing or has an obvious quality or hygiene defect.

3. Faulty or Missing Items

For items that are missing or faulty on delivery, please notify the courier on the spot, or contact our customer service within 15 minutes of delivery. In such cases we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

4. Refunds

For approved refunds, the amount is credited back to the original payment method within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.
